This program teaches workers to help prevent and respond to heat stress incidents on the job. Students will learn to recognize heat-related medical conditions, provide first aid when necessary, and contact medical first responders at the first sign of danger. The training also teaches learners to recognize the importance of safe work practices and the best ways they can protect themselves and their fellow crewmembers at work.
